I start with the same picture as you can see on my French knot page.
The pink/mauve dots are connected by Bullion knots. The green ”worms” are also Bullion knots.
I made more Bullion knots of different length on this piece. First the pale blue Bullion knots, they were my first bullions ever.
The blue surface bellow are dense and rised Bullion knots, and to the right there are Bullion knots surrounding a single French knot.
The three pictures show details from an almost finished handbag in different knotted stitches, all in wool.

Knutstygnen är verkligen tacksamma att sy tätt, tätt. Både de franska knutarna och spiralknutarna kan bli fantastiska korallrev, blomdetaljer, mossa, metmask i en burk… Själv använde jag stygnen till att göra persianpäls.
